To help you on your way the following list out lines our most popular events:
Beer Tastings - Get Schooled in Beer!
Join Chris either in our house bar in an exclusive tastings or on a walking tour of local mountain huts as he takes you through the myriad of beer flavours while delicious food is served. Tasting notes are included to assist you on the journey.
We are able to provide this tasting at any time of the day (subject to availability), which makes it a perfect brunch, lunch or early evening event. Much of the local Austrian cuisine is complemented very well by our local beers.

Enjoy our famous Beer Dinners!
A Beer Dinner is typically a four to eight course meal where a different style of beer is served with each course. Each beer is specifically paired with that course because the taste and flavors of the food and beer compliment each other. They are hosted by craft breweries.
These dinners focus on seasonal beers served with seasonal food!
For our next beer dinner we are featuring De Molen, a small brewery in the Netherlands. "Olivier's focus is on preserving beer culture and promoting a return to local traditions and products. His beers reflect this commitment in their classic, historic, styles and carefully chosen ingredients. His stainless steel plant has a capacity of 500 liters and he brews in very limited quantities, only about 5hl per year (the same output as some home-brewers!).

When we create our beer dinner menu's we taste the beers first, make tasting notes, and then devise a menu around the beers.
A favourite of ours is Spaten Brewery in Munich. A fantastic dessert a pairing is : a deconstructed Black Forest cake with sabayon sauce, served with Spaten Optimator, a dark, rich doppel bock. Sometimes we even substitute the Optimator for the traditional marsala in the rich, sabayon sauce. This beer is also great with spicy hot foods, especially south american dishes.
Another favourite is:
Oven roasted Venison Tenderloin stuffed with apple and wild rice accompanied by candied juniper berry demi glace, roast shallot whipped white turnip and buttered brussels sprouts. With this we drink a dutch beer called Konigshoeven Trappist Bock. Its a seasonal beer and quite unique since it’s top-fermented, it has a strong Trappist ale character, but also the caramel malt and roast notes expected from a bock. Its great with our local Venison.
Another shining example of food and beer complementing one another is the pairing of a green salad with a coriander-spiced Belgian white ale, an unfiltered Bavarian hefe-weizen or a American wheat beer. The delicate character of wheat beers doesn't overpower the subtle flavors in a salad but instead enhances them. These beers are also great for vegetarian meals.
